Proof of Insurance

All exhibitors must obtain liability and property damage insurance in order to exhibit at EcoFair360. Proof of Insurance, in the form of a signed Certificate of Liability Insurance, must be faxed or mailed to EcoFair360 and received by June 15, 2011. The form must list as additionally insured entities:

• The Eco-Vision Sustainable Learning Center, Inc.,
• Walworth County Agricultural Society
• EcoFair360

We strongly recommend that, in addition to other insurance, exhibitors obtain public liability insurance to protect against possible claims arising out of the exhibit and EcoFair360.
