Are You Making Green Happen? Then You Belong at EcoFair360 2011

EcoFair360 will bring together more than 200 of the area's green entrepreneurs and community leaders. Our message is simple: green is here, it is here to stay, and it's working. As an EcoFair360 exhibitor, you can share your success and promote your enterprise to a diverse gathering of attendees from throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. We will promoting heavily to both the local community of Walworth County and the target markets of Milwaukee and Chicagoland.

EcoFair360 welcomes businesses and organizations who wish to promote their expertise in green energy, sustainability, green building, green lifestyle, organic farming or gardening, wise use practices, sustainable materials, fair trade, alternative fuels and eco-friendly transportation, conservation and recycling, renewable financing...the list is endless, as is the potential.

Based on feedback from 2010 exhibitors, we have simplified the request and booth selection process. Booth space is now priced by location, with spaces nearest to entrances at a premium in all exhibition buildings. Click here to see an interactive map of all available booth spaces.

To help keep rental prices down, we are making booth materials (tables, chairs, etc.) an optional add-on, which can be ordered through our approved supplier using the Booth Materials Order Form, which you can download by clicking here. We found that last year, a large number of exhibitors preferred to bring their own tables and chairs. Indoor spaces are 10' x 10' (10' x 8' in the two Dairy Barns, to accommodate the central aisles).

This year, we are spacing out presentation areas throughout the fairgrounds to encourage traffic flow and will substantially enhance our signage to maintain steady attendance in all exhibition buildings. We will not be classifying exhibition areas this year, so once your payment has been received you may select any booth space within your price category, in any building. This year, we strongly encourage exhibitors to take advantage of the EcoFair360 Website to promote their business/organization before the Fair and increase traffic during the event. Contribute content on this site, in the form articles, posts, photos and videos, will help drive traffic to your website and encourage attendees to bookmark your booth for when they visit the fair.
