Ann Wick has played a key role in implementing strategic sustainable practices in concert with vendors, University personnel and departments. What began as an "interest" has become a passion in working with students and colleagues that crosses over from the campus dining halls to guest experiences to working with service providers UW-Whitewater recently acheived 2-Star Certified Green Restaurant status for Willie's 360 at the James R. Connor University Center, a process spear-headed by Wick. Wick has been the Marketing Director for UW-W Dining Services at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater for 10 years and currently serves on the Chancellor's Sustainability Committee.
