Food, Fuel, and the Didion Difference

Didion demonstrates that you can have both food AND fuel through synergistic operations.  Didion's "green focus" constantly looks for ways to reduce energy, raw materials, and water in its production processes.

This presentation will address the food vs. fuel debate in a case study of Didion Milling and Didion Ethanol.  The need to transition from a debate of food vs. fuel to a discussion of food AND fuel will be demonstrated.
