Chef Starr attended the Culinary Institute of Kendall College in Evanston, Ill. A Lake Geneva resident since 2000, he has worked in many fine dining Lake Geneva area restaurants including Kirsch’s on the Bay, The Hunt Club, and Ristorante Brissago at Grand Geneva. 

 

His passion is cooking with a sustainable emphasis, working with local farms that practice organic and biodynamic farming, and cooking with their seasonal products whenever possible. 

 

“I want to provide people with the freshest, highest quality food around.  With EcoFair360’s help, I’m going to show the wonderful assortment of local foods that surround this area andhow to work with them,” said Chef Starr.
