Composting EcoFair360 and other food residuals

Besides helping to coordinate the food recovery program at EcoFair360, my career has involved recycling food from Wisconsin and Hawaii, as well as teaching "Society and Ecology" at Carroll University.

This presentation will cover composting food residuals from EcoFair360 and other events, along with commercial food scrap collection and processing, as a part of minimizing waste and recovering local resources.
